    Shipping & Returns Policy

    Orders

    To purchase from 'Enna Blu, you must be 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

    Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified and your order is accepted. This email will include your order details, delivery address, and customer information. If you don't receive this email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@ennablu.com.

    Delivery

    All orders are subject to payment authorization before processing.

    Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days only. We work with trusted local courier partners to deliver your order.

    Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days

    We deliver only to addresses in Singapore. We do not ship to PO boxes or internationally.

    Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details (phone and email) to avoid delays.

    Proof of Delivery

    Our courier may request a signature from you or, if you're unavailable, from someone at your address (such as a receptionist) as proof of delivery.

    Damaged or missing items

    If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at hello@ennablu.com within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and your order number. We will review your case and provide a solution at our discretion.

    We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

    Out of Stock items

    We strive to fulfil orders within the stated delivery time. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 2-3 business days. We do not accept backorders.

    Return & Refunds

    For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products.

    If you receive a damaged item or a product with a manufacturing defect (such as broken packaging, product leakage, or visible quality issues), please contact us at hello@ennablu.com within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number.

    Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a pickup at your address. If no pickup address is provided, we will use your original shipping address. 

    Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank.

    If you purchased 'Enna Blu products from unauthorized retailers, we cannot offer refunds or support.

    Bmetics reserves the right to decline refunds if returned products are not in acceptable condition or if return conditions are not met.
